Our Policy
At Maxstrifit Presets, all of our products are delivered in digital formats. Unfortunately, due to the nature of our products, once a digital download has been executed from a file within your purchased content area, a refund is no longer available.
Purchases without downloads executed
Refunds are available, however, for those who have purchased a pack, but have not yet executed a download of a file within their purchased content area, due to our administrational ability to revoke access to a content link. Requests under this nature must be notified to us via email (maxstrifit.contact@gmail.com) within 7 days of purchase to receive a refund.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please maxstrifit.contact@gmail.com
Exceptions
There are rare exceptions for those who have incompatible software for the files purchased, of which said’ issue will be dealt with on a case by case basis, usually resulting in a suitable different file type (of the same product) being given to the customer that suits their software, or another similar conclusion, depending on the details. Rare faulty files fall under this exception, too.
This policy serves to both protect our customers and the strength of our brand.
